Appointments

All services are by appointment only. We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. A confirmation email and text will be sent immediately after scheduling, which will include our salon address and parking instructions. You will also receive a reminder email and text 24 hours prior to your appointment to help you prepare. Due to limited space and safety considerations, we kindly ask that only the person receiving the service be present at the appointment. We do not allow unsupervised children or extra guests in the salon space. To secure an appointment, we kindly ask for a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your final service.

Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period for unexpected delays. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation, subject to our cancellation fee. While we do our best to accommodate delays, out of respect for other clients, extended tardiness may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment entirely. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

We kindly require 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to show up, will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Please note, failure to pay this fee may result in removal from our booking system at both of our salon locations, preventing future appointments until the balance is settled. No-shows may be required to prepay for future appointments to secure their booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule with enough notice, we’re happy to transfer your deposit to a new appointment that works better for you.

Payments/Refunds

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as virtual payments like Apple Pay. Please note that we are a cashless salon. If you prefer, you are welcome to tip your Hairstylist in cash. All services are non-refundable. To ensure you are completely satisfied, we conduct a thorough consultation at the beginning of your appointment to fully understand your preferences and expectations. At the end of your service, we’ll ask, “Is there anything you would like to adjust or change about your cut or style?” so we can make sure you leave loving your hair. Hair purchases for extensions are non-refundable once ordered, as they are custom-selected for you. 

Health & Safety

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. For the comfort and safety of all clients and specialists, we maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional environment at all times.Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please inform us prior to your appointment if you have any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions related to hair or beauty products. We use high-quality, professional-grade products; however, we cannot guarantee you will not have a reaction. If you have a history of allergies or sensitivities, we strongly recommend performing a patch test at least 48 hours before your scheduled service.
